Here, we train the body and the mind. Each person receives guidance according to their level, rhythm, and goals. We don’t seek perfection — we seek real progress.

LEGEND CLASS

PURPOSE: CONDITIONING · TECHNIQUE

Functional boxing with medicine balls and power bags. Cardio is built through striking and dynamic strength work.

LEGEND BAG

PURPOSE: POWER, SPEED, FOCUS

15' warm-up, 45' of intense bag rounds. Punching bursts mixed with push-ups and core drills for a full-body hit.

LEGEND STRENGTH

PURPOSE: STRENGTH + STABILITY

Partner body/shoulder boxing with strength work — abs, push-ups, bodyweight circuits. Build fighter-level resilience.

1:1 PRIVATE COACHING

We guide you end-to-end — from fundamentals to advanced work, with real boxing technique and functional strength.

SMALL GROUP PRIVATE COACHING (2–4 PEOPLE)

Prefer to train with others? We offer private sessions for small groups of 2 to 4 people. Work alongside friends or your partner with a dedicated coach who adapts the plan and intensity to your levels. Keep the personal attention of 1:1 coaching — with the energy and motivation of a team.
